Delivery Time
- We ship our products Pan India through (name of courier service). Shipments Pan-India are typically made within 7-8 working days. Shipping times may vary, but we make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- Orders requiring customization will take longer to process and will be shipped in 7-10 business days (if applicable: in case of customized orders). Please email us if you have any special requests or need to expedite deliveries.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
- Orders once placed can be canceled only within 24 hours of confirmation, or prior to despatch of the shipment.
Shipping Charges
- All orders above ₹5,000/-include free standard shipping.
- A standard shipping rate of ₹120 + GST is applicable for all orders below ₹5,000/-.
- For placing orders above ₹2,00,000/- (two lakhs), providing your PAN details are necessary.
Return Policy
At Tuvisha, every piece is crafted with the utmost care. However, if the items delivered do not match the order confirmation, the order is eligible for exchange or return.
The order is eligible for return if the return request has been placed within 5 days of receiving the order. For any reasons other than incorrect items received, please contact our customer care team and we will try our best to provide you with the best solution.
Exchanges are available only when the product is undamaged, unused, and in their original packing. An amount of ₹150 + GST will be charged in case of returns.
